FOUNDER TRUSTEES
Organisation for Autistic Individuals (OAI) is an initiative by a group of like-minded parents of autistic individuals. The parents are the trustees of OAI with a common vision to make autistic individuals independent in their lives. They are dedicated to the cause and adopt internationally established practices to create a unique welfare center for autistic individuals. The parents are from different walks of life, united together to have a common purpose and a vision for OAI.
Dev Bajpai
Mr. Bajpai is a lawyer with over 30 years of corporate experience. He has worked across several industries, which include automobiles, FMCG, private equity and hospitality. He is presently the Executive Director, Legal & Corporate Affairs, and Company Secretary of Hindustan Unilever Limited. He has a twenty-three-year-old son who is on the autism spectrum.
Rajesh Mutreja
Mr. Mutreja is one of the strongest supporters of the organisation. He has helped OAI in establishing the school. Mr. Mutreja is a civil engineer, and has worked with Hindustan Unilever Limited for over four decades. He retired from service as General Manager, Corporate Real Estate. His guidance to the School has been invaluable. He has been a pillar of strength.
Piyush Harsora
Mr Harsora has over 20 years of work experience in automobile sector. He works with Aadya Group of Companies as General Manager. He has a twenty-year-old son, who is on the autism spectrum .
Pradnya Shenvi
Mrs. Shenvi is a mother of two children. Her eighteen-year-old son is on the spectrum, and goes to The School of Autism. Her daughter is studying Engineering .
